we need someone who is much and always on server or make it no license needed

Eddie was there since the start. i knew him first as an licenser and an great rper. He later on got the licenser job, and a day after that. no one needed an license anymore! He did great! every one got they'r licenses. He made driving tests and all. He was fair to cops when they asked for the licenses. And i say we will make you an rank 5 licenser for now. You might get the rank 6(leader) later on. But we are more carefull now about giving leaders away:) But i hope you get the leader later:) Talk to me in game and ill invite you to the license faction.
